Welcome to SPM Chess Academy!
Founded in 2012 by chess enthusiast and educator Shubham Pandey, SPM Chess Academy began with a simple mission: to make chess fun and accessible for children of all ages.
What started as a small after-school program has grown into Kolkata's most exciting chess academy for kids, with over 1,000 young players learning with us each year.
We believe chess isn't just about memorizing moves - it's about imagination, adventure, and making new friends. Our playful approach helps kids develop critical thinking skills while having an absolute blast!
